Finding an event
To find an event, try looking in the list on the right of the page below orders (titled ’Latest Events’), otherwise try the ’Full Event List’ page above. All events are listed in date order.
E-FILES:
What is an E-FILE? When you purchase an "E-FILE" Digital picture file. AtTheGame will email the high resolution image file to your registered email address. you can then keep a copy on your PC or save the picture to a memory device and have the picture printed. E-FILES provide excellent quality pictures up to 6" x 4" in size.
When will i recieve my ordered E-FILE? Once you have recieved your order confirmation email from paypal and AtTheGame. your E-FILE order, will be sent to your registered email address within 48hrs.
I did not Recieve my E-File?
please email admin@atthegame.com.au confirming your email address, please add your name , order No. and contact details. Our Team AtTheGame will ensure the E-FILE arrives safely to your inbox.
Having trouble finding your picture
The easy way to see if we caught your cheeky smile on camera is to recall what location or bay you were sitting in at your event, ie bay 21 or eastern stand etc.. When you have your event up click on the photo sections relevent to your bay or stand location AtTheGame. Browse through the pictures and in no time your pearly whites will be shining back at you.
Purchased Photo Prints
After purchasing photos, a confirmation email from Paypal and AtTheGame will be emailed to your registered email address.Please retain and record your order number and file Number. AtTheGame willl process your order, and have it delivered to your door within 21 days from the date of purchase. If you have not recieved your print image by this time Please contact AtTheGame via admin@atthegame.com.au Our team will be in contact with you to ensure delivery of your quality image.
Having trouble Purchasing Photos
If your having trouble trying to purchase your picture, try opening a free "Paypal account" first then visiting AtTheGame again find your photo add QTY 1 then follow the prompts to paypal. After you have confirmed the purchase @ paypal wait to be automatically returned to AtTheGame, your purchase will then be processed.
If your still experiencing some difficulties please do not hesitate to fwd your enquiry to our help email address below, dont forget to add your delivery details, phone contact details and, order ID & picture ID number.
